"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost." Matthew 28:19
The past few months have brought many new faces and changes to the Outreach! We are honored to have Missionaries Robert & Wendy Mickey join our team. They have served faithfully in Kenya, East Africa for over 25 years. Through Bro. Mickey we have started 3 new churches this month! In February we added 22 new Pastors in Thailand through Bro. Painter, 4 more in Mexico and South America through Bro. Wynne, 4 more in the Philippines through Bro. Martin and 4 more in Nigeria through Bro. Holmes. In just a little over a year the Lord has blessed us by allowing 65 new churches to be planted! God is so good!
Also, we are very excited to announce that we will be partnering with Pastor Jeff Fugate of Clays Mill Baptist Church in Lexington, Kentucky and our newest team member, Bro. Wayne Fann (our Missionary Contractor) to begin church planting and building here in America. Our plan is to purchase and remodel buildings to become Independent Baptist Churches. Once a church building is established, Bro. Fugate will provide graduates from Commonwealth Bible College who are ready to go to the field. Those Pastors will start a church home in these buildings with our continued support. Please pray for our new partnership and that we will see many souls in America saved. America desperately needs the Lord! "Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it." Psalm 127:1
As an update:
All of our team members are working diligently to see souls saved. The past few months have had setbacks from Covid to governmental issues. We can see these things are being used by Satan to hinder the work, but God has been faithful and continued to bless. Bro. Painter has been able to stay in Thailand, though there was an issue due to Covid regulations. His church has had several setbacks due to government take over, but his work continues to grow. Bro. Holmes and his family are all finally back in Nigeria after several months of travel issues. Bro. Martin has been able to start his outreach ministries in full swing again with much success. Bro. Wynne and Bro. Mickey have continued to see large numbers of souls saved and baptized. Bro. Brown and Mrs. Amy have started to travel and present the ministry. It is exciting to see the way God is allowing things to happen for them. Bro. Bryan is still traveling the country to preach and present the Outreach as much as he can. And as always, Pastor Sechrist and the members of West Park Baptist Church are going out twice weekly to canvas the neighborhoods looking for those who need salvation, a ride to church or just encouragement through prayer and caring. It is so exciting to see God work and use our Team to reach the lost all over the world!
The Nigerian orphanage took in three new children: Eddy (7), Yearn (4) and Gracious (2). They were so thankful they had enough support to be enrolled in school with new backpacks, clothes and shoes. Bro. and Mrs. Thompsons, the home leaders, asked that we pray for their safety as there have been attacks by armed men in their community. Twice this year there have been hostages taken and the government had to pay ransom to set them free.
The Thailand orphanages have been very busy. They are building a new fish pond with the support we send. The fish pond will provide a natural food source for them. A bamboo school building is also being built. Bro. & Mrs. Sriprasert took in two young girls, Gra Dtae and Gra Dten. Both girls were witnessed to by Bro. Painter's family and they accepted the Lord into their hearts! What a blessing to see our team being used by the Lord to spread the Gospel. Spreading the Gospel and seeing souls saved is the reason the Outreach was started. Nothing is more important than saving a lost and dying world from spending eternity in Hell.
Please be in prayer for our Team members, our orphanages and our new endeavor with Bro. Fugate. The Lord is using this ministry in a great and mighty way. But, it cannot be done without prayer and support from people who have the same desire as we do: Seeing the lost saved.
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." John 16:33
What an amazing year 2020 has been for the Outreach! God has truly blessed. We are so thankful to all who have supported our efforts to win souls to Christ. The last two months of the year have flown by.
In November, we were blessed to have our team grow once again. Bro. Jonathan Brown and his family came on board as Field Representatives. They will be presenting the Ministry to churches all over the Country to raise support so that we can take on more National Pastors, start more churches and build more Christian colleges all over the world.
Each of our Team Members and National Pastors have faced difficulties this past year in presenting the Gospel due to the global pandemic, Covid19. Thankfully, the Lord has given them the wisdom and abilities to continue to see souls saved and churches planted during lockdowns, restrictions and church outbreaks.
Our team has continued to proclaim the goodness of God through it all:
*Bro. Bryan has traveled the country holding Revivals and presenting the ministry. He was able to preach at our home church in December. As usual, he was a blessing to our people. He encouraged the people to keep soulwinning, even during a pandemic.
*Pastor Sechrist continues to lead West Park in all areas to win souls and preach the Word. The church has truly been blessed this year with new members, visitors and seeing souls come to know Christ.
*Bro. Painter would ask everyone to pray for his ministry. It is thriving in Thailand, but due to Covid19 and the new restrictions, he is facing the possibility of having to leave the country. The Outreach has been able to help in his fight to stay. The Devil is fighting hard to destroy his work for the Lord. His church has already grown to over 170 in attendance. We support eleven pastors and three orphanages through his ministry. Please pray he and his family are allowed to continue their work in Thailand.
*Bro. Holmes and his family are back in Nigeria. He is being given the opportunity to broadcast the Gospel on television to the southeastern part of Nigeria, please pray for a good outcome in that situation.
*Bro. Wynne and his men are staying busy as always. They have seen thousands come to the Lord just in the past two months. Once saved, they work toward baptisms, church faithfulness and discipleship. As do all of our Pastors.
*Bro. Martin and our National Pastors in the Philippines, have had to really step up due to the hardships the virus has caused in their area. Pastor Valenzula sent in his report with thanks for the support we have provided. The money allowed him to purchase one and a half bags of rice and canned goods to distribute to 28 poor families in his area. Without it they would have struggled for food.
*Our orphanages are doing well. The orphanage in Nigeria has not only dealt with Covid19 but also with malaria and other sicknesses. But, God is good and has brought them through. Pastor Samson Sriprasert, over the orphanages in Burma and Thailand had hip replacement last month. We are pleased that he came through well. The Outreach was able to give all of the children extra support for Christmas so they would not only have their needs met, but also bless them with a few other things.
God has been so good to us. Through His mercy and grace, we have seen 84,394 souls saved, 22,316 baptized, 35 churches started, 38 Missionaries supported and 3 orphanages helped! The year 2020 saw its trials and obstacles, but the Lord has truly blessed through it all.
Thank you so much to all who support us, not only monetarily but through prayer.
Please continue to pray that God will use the Ron Middleton Missions Outreach in a great and mighty way.
To God be the Glory!
"And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away." (Revelation 21:4). We are still in prayer for the Middleton Family in the passing of Bro. Ron Middleton, the Outreach namesake. Mrs. Kim sent us the picture of his tombstone which reflects how much the Outreach meant to him. He had a strong desire to see souls saved. Because of that desire the Outreach was started. Now, through hard work, support and prayers, we are seeing thousands come to know the Lord. Bro. Middleton is surely cheering us on from Heaven.
Many exciting things have been happening through the Outreach. God is truly blessing the ministry and it is continuing to grow. We are so excited to have Bro. Rick Martin and his wife Becky join our team! Bro. Martin has been in the Philippines doing a great work since 1977. There he has founded the Iloilo City Baptist Church and the Iloilo Baptist College. They have seen thousands come to know the Lord and are diligent in their efforts to see souls saved.
Our other team members are still busy working for the Lord:
*Bro. Bryan continues to travel the United States, preaching, witnessing and sharing the Outreach ministry with churches. Through his efforts, our base church and our mailings we have seen our support grow. We are so thankful!
*Bro. Sechrist has fully opened all the ministries at our base church. With our buses running, our Jr. & Children's church ministries & our Sunday School classes the Lord has blessed. There have been souls saved, new members and baptisms every week!
*Bro. Painter is continuing to grow his church and keep in touch with our National Pastors. He has sent many updates of those won on visitation by his family and of the National Pastors we support. In his recent update he told of Dumpsite Church in Cambodia, where Pastor Sihok held a Medical Mission and saw 19 saved! He also sadly reported the death of one of the Pastors we support. Bro. Ajay Tamang of India, passed away of a heart attack at the age of 29. Please pray for his young wife.
*Bro. Holmes is still in the states on deputation. Please pray for him that restrictions will be lifted soon and he can get back to his church. In his absence the men are still working and building their churches. Pastor Kamalu, in Nigeria, continues to gather for Bible Studies out doors to grow his new church. He saw 7 people saved of the 24 who attend.
*Bro. Wynn is continuing to see large amounts of souls saved in Mexico City. His church plants are working hard to grow their attendance by diligently visiting their areas. Pastor Carlos Marmol in Puebla, Mexico is rejoicing over his highest number in attendance of 131, moreover, through visitation he saw 851 souls saved. God is so good!
*Bro. Martin is new on our team. We will begin supporting 5 of the graduates from his college who are starting new churches next month!
*We are still supporting our orphanages. We are truly blessed to have Pastor and Mrs. Thompsons and Pastor and Mrs. Sriprasert to care for the children in Nigeria and Thailand. Because of their open hearts, these children are being raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We pray they grow up to serve the Lord and to tell others about Jesus.
At the Ron Middleton Missions Outreach our goal is to see souls saved, start Baptist Churches all over the world, and to serve the Lord. We are so thankful for the support and prayers that have come our way. We ask that you continue to pray for us and our team.
We continually update the numbers on our home page, not to focus on numbers, but to share the blessings of the Lord.
" Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! " Psalm 31:19
"And the Lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled." (Luke 14:23) Whether it is in the pineapple fields of Thailand, a remote village in Africa, a poor city in Mexico or the richest lands in the world, the Gospel needs to be given. The pandemic the world is facing is tragic, but dying lost without the Lord is eternal. Keeping the lost from Hell is the reason our team is working hard to spread the Gospel. Some of our National Pastors are in areas where it is very dangerous to be a Christian and yet every day the are out soulwinning. Some of these brave Christians risk their lives and their families lives every day they serve the Lord. They will reach souls that would never hear the gospel. We are so thankful for the Lord's leading in who to support and in helping to reach others.
Below are the Outreach updates for the month:
* We have started support to 4 more pastors in Thailand and 3 more in Mexico City. That means 7 more
churches started!
*Bro. Bryan is still busy traveling to meetings. Just in the last month he has seen 19 saved and 6
baptized. He had the privilege of leading his son-in laws mother to the Lord and then baptizing her in our
home church.
*Pastor Sechrist continues to keep West Park Baptist Church moving forward during the pandemic. The
shut downs in North Carolina are still in Phase 2, so precautions are still being taken to protect the people.
But, that does not stop from spreading the Gospel. Even under lock down he has had 8 saved and 3
baptized this month.
*Bro. Painter and his family had opening day at their new church. The smiling face, in the picture above, is
proof it was a great day. They had 39 in attendance and one of them got saved.
*Bro. Holmes is still in the states on deputation, but keeping track of his church back in Nigeria.
*Pastor Oluwagbemiga Dada is one of the men the Outreach supports. He is the pastor of the Lighthouse
Independent Bible Baptist Church in Nigeria. Pastor Dada requests our prayers to be completely open
soon from Covid. The elderly and children are still not allowed to attend the services.
*The Baptist Heritage Children's home we support in Nigeria has been fighting Malaria and Typhoid. Pastor
Thompsons reported all the children became ill. They were treated and are doing better . He asks that we
continue to pray for them!
*Bro. Wynne is back to preaching after his health issue. The Mt. Zion Baptist Church has over 240 services
per week with over 23,000 attending. He is doing as many as he can personally do. In the month of July he
had 4991 saved and 1750 baptized!
Our Team totals are growing, but the current totals are: 29,180 saved, 9727 baptized, 24 churches started, 27 Missionaries supported and 3 orphanages supported! God is blessing for sure!
Please pray the Lord continues to use the Ron Middleton Missions Outreach for His work and glory!
What a busy month and it isn't over yet! Our home church, West Park Baptist Church in Rockwell, North Carolina, hosted an indoor fundraising sale and raised over $4500 for the Outreach! What a blessing. Their hard work and support in helping to reach the lost will surely be rewarded by the Lord. Bro. Bryan has finally been able to get back on the road. He is steadily seeing souls saved and encouraging other churches to join our mission of reaching the lost and planting churches all over the world.
Below is an update on the other team members and their works for the Lord:
*Pastor Sechrist is working hard to open the church to all its normal activities while still following all safety
guidelines. The Lord is blessing with souls being saved.
*Bro. Kevin Wynne had a health issue and was flown back to the States. He is doing well, but would
appreciate the prayers as he goes back to Mexico City to continue his work. We are very excited the
Outreach has added 6 new National Pastors in Mexico!
*Bro. Holmes is still in the states on deputation but his ministry and the pastors we support in Nigeria are
still winning souls and continuing the work until his return.
*Bro. Painter and his family are working hard in Thailand to see more souls saved and build their ministry.
We are very excited the Outreach has taken on 7 National Pastors for support and another orphanage in
Thailand! The support the Outreach provides allows these two orphanages and the orphanage in Nigeria
to have meals and other supplies they need each day.
*Be sure to check out our photo gallery for the updated pictures that include our new Pastors.
We are so honored to now sponsor the 3 orphanages and 18 National Pastors. It is amazing to see how God is using the Ron Middleton Missions Outreach. Since the Outreach began in January we have seen over 21,813 saved and 6685 baptized! God is so good!
It is hard to believe we have been hard at work for five months. There have been a lot of things going on. Bro. Painter is still very busy in Thailand. He is leading a couple to the Lord in the picture. Bro. Holmes is back in the states on furlough for a few months and Bro. Cox has decided to focus on his Global Outreach ministry. He decided he could not give 100 percent to the Outreach due to his other obligations. We continue to pray for him and his mission, knowing we will still be working together for the same goal of seeing souls saved. Bro. Wynne continues to have souls saved in Mexico City. In North Carolina, our home church has finally begun to have services in the church. The first service back inside, a young man visited and accepted Christ. One of our teens placed tracks in pants for sale at Walmart and he bought those pants. After reading the tract he knew he was lost and came to the service. Praise the Lord he did not leave the service the way he came. We are still getting great updates from our National Pastors and look forward to sharing photos and information when they become available. We have exciting news coming up about adding more National Pastors in the Indochina region. We are steadily reaching the lost for Christ!
*The virus has slowed things down somewhat, but we thank the Lord for the opportunity to continue to work for Him during this time. Continue to keep us all in your prayers.
*We still have exciting things happening at the Outreach. Pastor Kevin Wynne, who is doing a tremendous work in Mexico City has joined our team. With 3,000 of his members going out soul winning each week, he will be a huge blessing and help to us in getting out the Gospel. We look forward to working together for the Lord.
*The picture posted is from Dr. Cox. Children at a Muslim school in Aba, Nigeria were accepting the Lord!
*Pray for all our missionaries and Pastors. Everyone is doing their best to keep preaching and witnessing. Our base church, through the leadership of Pastor Sechrist, has continued services on line and is holding drive in services on the property. Whatever it takes to get the Word out is what all of our team is dedicated to doing.
Please stay in prayer for all of our team! Pray the virus will not touch them physically and they will stay strong spiritually during this time! The Outreach is still moving along, just at a slower pace. We will be ready to go out and continue spreading the gospel as soon as all bans are lifted. Even during a pandemic God is Good!
Update: We have added a new team member! Dr. Mike Cox and his wife Mrs. Brenda have joined our Outreach team! We are honored to have them join us in reaching as many souls for the Lord as possible.
Update: We are sad to announce the passing of Bro. Ron Middleton. He was a man who loved and served the Lord. His desire was to see souls saved and lives changed. Through the Outreach, his desire will continue to be fulfilled. He will be missed by his family and friends and by all on our team. Please pray for his family.
*We have added TWO orphanages for support this month!!! Praise the Lord! One in Burma and one in Nigeria
*The orphanage in Nigeria is brought on through Bro. Holmes. Our teams are definitely getting the job done.
*The Painter family continues to have souls saved in Thailand. Last week they visited an orphanage where they had
eleven saved! This week Mrs. Painter presented the gospel, with an interpreter helping, to two lost souls and they
received Christ.
*The Painter family is getting the job done in Thailand! Bro. Painter had 5 Buddhists accept Jesus as their personal Saviour!
Mrs. Tammy and the girls are right by his side witnessing and sharing the Gospel. What a blessing!
*We added our six church plants in Nigeria last month and they are busy getting started.
*The Outreach is busy everyday reaching the lost and working to do what the Lord would have us do.
Our Mission has begun! Our team is growing and our men are getting the job done!
*Bro. Painter and Mrs. Tammy reached Thailand and immediately went out soulwinning with one young man receiving
Christ.
*We started support this month for 6 of Bro. Holme's graduates. This means there will be six new churches planted in
Nigeria!
Bro. Painter and his family have been busy spreading the gospel. Mrs. Tammy gave the gospel to a Buddhist lady who actually spoke perfect English, but sadly she did not accept Christ. Bro. Painter witnessed, through their translator, to two men who were Catholic. They are not commonly found in a 95% Buddhist area. Continue to pray for his family as they spread the gospel. As read in Revelation chapter 12 and 13, the things they have seen are evidence that even though Thailand is a bright and sunny land it actually is a land of darkness!
